Why Eat Organic?

These days in our hurried lives, we tend to overlook one vital aspect - nutrition. We forget that the key to our well-being is simply to eat right.

All these place heavy chemical burden on our bodies especially on the liver, immune system, brain and nervous system.

What are Organic Products?

Organic foods are those that have been produced according to organic farming and processing standards. Organic farms do not use man-made fertilisers, pesticides and insecticides. Soil rotation, composting, planting complementary plants together enhance the growth of plants and result in food that is higher in vitamins and minerals and superior in taste.

Genetic engineering is not allowed in organic farming.

Organic foods are processed with minimum processing and only a limited number of natural processing aids are approved.
